Lafarge Young Engineers Program
In Lafarge, we believe that learning will only happen if you are responsible for it and if you take the intiative to achieve it. You are in the driver's seat so take charge of your destiny!
In line with this, we have introduced Lafarge Young Engineers Program (LYEP) to continually feed the pipeline of engineers through on-the-job and hands-on training. Our aim is to maximize your potential and to put you in a strong footing to achieve your career goals. LYEP is an intensive 2-year program with the objective to provide fresh graduates with foundation level competencies in cement manufacturing. This program is a combination of competency, knowledge and skills development with on-the-job learning activities. With gradual development of the right competencies and know-how, the young engineers will become industry professionals and experts in their related fields within the shortest possible time.
